Hello, mate! I am Chadwick, who just finished his exhausting yet unforgettable high school journey, and it is my utmost honor to serve as the co-chair of this year’s TCYMUN. In this English introduction section, I would like to share my observations concerning the current MUN community. My experience in MUN is difficult to embody in a single sentence, as there have been ups and downs, or more precisely, old challenges solved and new challenges unsolved. As people say, MUN is an academic event where you can perform your understanding of global affairs, and knowledge to become a well-rounded delegate. However, MUN is way much more than that. From academic fields to activities, from informative bloc leaders to influential public speakers, from competent coordinators to social event hi-ca(嗨咖), to me, these are the genuine components that MUNers can learn from each other. Although I represented the dais team at the conference, there is still a lot I have to improve on. Honestly speaking, I am also a learner. Here is my last remark: Don't be afraid to make mistakes! Hope to see you guys at the conference!
